He has extensive experience as a business and project developer and has also project managed renewable and remote power projects in Australia, North America, the UK and Europe.

Mark is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with a background in project engineering, business development and technical development. Mark is developing opportunities to deliver safe, reliable, fit for purpose solutions that reduce carbon emissions for the resource sector.

Chris is a goal orientated resource industry professional holding 18 years’ experience within some of Australia’s highest performing coal operations. He is a proven leader who utilises his experience, strong communication and interpersonal awareness to safely develop projects.

Steve is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles in the mining and energy sectors. Steve has had various roles including, Corporate Finance Manager, Commercial Manager and Group Financial Controller.

Aaron is an experienced General Manager and has more than 20 years’ experience in underground coal mining within Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a QLD and NSW ERZ Controller / Deputy Certificates, Site Senior Executive (SSE) qualification and a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Greg Pritchard is a corporate executive with broad experience across a range of ASX-listed companies including in global energy, mining, and finance. Greg’s most recent position was Managing Director of the listed global distributed energy generator, EDL.

Daniel is an experienced General Manager, Mine Manager and Operations Manager with a passion for safety leadership, process improvement and statutory compliance. Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in underground coal mining.

Ernie has a well-established reputation as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Xcoal Energy and Resources. With a career in the industry spanning more than 45 years.

Roger has a wealth of experience in project development over 35 years in the infrastructure and energy industries. Roger is the Co-founder and Chairman of Helmont Energy and has worked within the resources, renewable and remote energy industries across Australia.
