Scott is an experienced coal mining leader with deep expertise across operations, technical and asset evaluation. He has led teams within Australia's highest performing UG LW operations as well as established new successful projects.  

Scott has industry knowledge and experience managing mining teams, developing projects and assessing business risks and opportunity. Internationally he has worked in Mexico and the USA (gold/silver) and have conducted advisory and asset evaluation services in USA and South African coal operations.

Scott is passionate about passing on learnings from the pre-drainage conducted at Grosvenor (conducted by Arrow) for future pre-drainage activities at Open Cut mines that may involve future underground opportunities.

Scott currently leads Xcoal's Technical and advisory business providing services to a range of Australian mining companies, other consultancy firms and private equity investors.  Xcoal is a 50% shareholder of Carbon Logica.
